Senior User Acquisition Manager

About the position

As Playbuzz’s Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for large-scale campaigns of user acquisition and retention, focusing on managing campaigns on Social: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and SEM: Google Adwords, BingAds and other PPC platforms.

We’re looking for a 100% hands-on complete domain owner who will be working independently cross-team to produce campaigns end-to-end including: campaign set-up, budgeting, targeting, creatives, optimization and reporting of your performance. This role is well suited for those who are ambitious, results oriented and striving for excellence

 Manage the day to day activities including: 

  • Setting, optimizing and scaling campaigns in order to achieve company's goals 
  • Analyze performance based on ROI and engagement to drive actionable insights
  • Identifying trends on real-time and take actions accordingly 
  • Stay on top of technology and best practice
  • Great personal relationship and troubleshooting skills 
  • Ability to evaluate performance metrics, observe trends and draw correct conclusions
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for all major metrics, goals and KPI'S 
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad ideas
  • Run on-going A/B Testing on different activity parameters
  •  Develop a strong understanding of the content creation industry, competition and marketing ecosystem
  •  Report directly to Director of Growth & Marketing

  • A real passion for PPC with a “can-do” approach, motivated and full of positive energy
  •  Minimum of 3 years of experience as PPC Account Manager, managing $100K monthly budget
  •  Excellent analytical skills, numbers oriented and detailed
  • Expertise in Facebook platform
  •  Strong PPC account management skills
  • Experience with mobile platforms – an advantage
  • Fluent English – both verbal and written
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • BA/ BS degree
