Playbuzz, the world’s leading engaging-content platform, is looking for a rockstar Growth Marketing Manager to lead international marketing campaigns and marketing automation efforts.

Your Story

You are an experienced marketeer. You live and breath digital marketing and growth hacking. You have a strong analytical background, using data to drive key business decisions. You build marketing strategies from scratch and constantly develop and evolve according to KPIs, market trends and the results you track. You have a track record of success in operating profitable marketing campaigns on a global scale. You’re revenue-driven, you have great understanding of the business side, you master Google/Facebook Ads ecosystems.

Long story short, you will:

  • Be part of the Playbuzz Growth Team, while operating independently and managing your own tasks
  • Develop long-term marketing roadmap
  • Plan and execute performance marketing, PPC and email campaigns to drive acquisition, retention and growth.
  • Leverage data to understand our commercial product in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and further develop the marketing plan
  • Work cross-functional with various teams (i.e. Content, Design, Engineering and Product)
  • Translate concepts, processes and methodologies into actionable marketing collaterals via excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be on top of global marketing trends, research and innovation.
  • Present and communicate results and recommendations to key stakeholders.

And it will be awesome if you have:

  • 5 years experience in leading marketing activity and global campaigns with proven track record of growing a brand.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Computer Science or any other related area of study.
  • Exceptional experience with performance marketing: optimizing user acquisition, product funnels and marketing automation know how
  • Experience using web analytics such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, KISSmetrics or equivalent tools
  • Self management
  • Multi tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Teamwork, ability to motivate people, reliability, accountability and commitment
  • Passion and can-do attitude
