Your sroty

Playbuzz is looking for a Professional Services representative, who will become part of the company’s R&D team and take on several different, interesting and challenging roles. We’re looking for self-driven, motivated individuals, who like to work in a team and are people-oriented. Multitasking capabilities are a must, and so is the passion to learn and use new technologies and products.

Long story short, you will:

  • Work with our business development team to assist in integrating Playbuzz’s products in our partners’ websites
  •  E2E ownership - Provide technical support both internally to the different departments, and externally to our customers
  •  Liaise with R&D to solve technical problems and improve our products
  •  Take ownership of Playbuzz’s CRMs
  •  Take ownership of different products, which require technical skills (like coding or styling).
  •  Become the customer’s voice within the company
  • Maintain the support team’s knowledge base

It would be awesome if you have:

  • English at mother-tongue level is a must
  • At least 2 years experience in Tier 2-3 technical written support
  • Able to use HTML , CSS, and javascript
  • Good knowledge of Chrome dev tools
  • Experienced with Zendesk, or a similar CRM
  • Knows how to place the customer first!
